FAQ's & Policies


  • Orders are shipped 48-72 hours after payment clears.
  • Due to COVID there are no returns. 
  • Items will be replaced if broken in transit with proof client has made a claim with shipper.
  • Check orders to ensure address is correct. We cannot re-ship items for free.
  • Request ingredients prior to purchase if you have an allergy to any natural or non-toxic skin or hair care ingredients.
  • USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping companies. We cannot guarantee shipping times. 
  • We offer products in bulk and volume discounts. Email hello@zuhuribeauty.com for more information.
  • We will refund clients a portion of their shipping if the site calculates it wrong.
  • We have a flat rate for international shipping.
  • We will never share your personal information to a third party without your permission. Your information is only used for orders and for information shared in our newsletters and correspondence.
  • Shortly after subscription is created, we will email customer to confirm. Customer can cancel their subscription at any time, however fees may still apply.
